Our product portfolio meets the needs of the healthcare sector. We offer a wide range of medical raw materials and finished goods. By combining our technologies, we can manufacture varying products: therefore, we can offer variations of materials, colours, thickness, and sizes to our customers.

Nonwoven materials manufactured by Masterplast Medical can be ordered with single or multi-layers and with properties customized to our customers. Due to our manufacturing technology, we offer a wide range of possibilities to our healthcare partners to produce semi-finished textile goods.

The combined use of special technical solutions results in the unique technological mix brought together under the international trademark we call LINOPORE. Multi-layer nonwoven products created with the LINIOPORE technology can be used to produce finished medical products that meet the customers’ unique needs.

The hot and formable film layer is extruded directly onto the nonwoven layer during manufacturing. The hot layers create a strong bond between the materials, granting a very stable cohesion of the layers. The next step is in-line biaxial stretching, where the machine stretches the material simultaneously in the machine and transverse directions. This unique process can significantly enhance the special properties of multi-layer nonwoven products.
Linopore manufactured textiles have high air permeability by adding complimentary aggregates, while Linobarrier is completely vapor-proof.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
